Eiffel Tower

The Eiffel Tower.

This dude is massive.  Even though I was seeing it everywhere, peeking up here and there as we be-bopped around the city, I just didn't realize the size!  That's until we drove around it several times on the bus and I could see the scale compared to people.  It's quite cool.

But the thing is, even though I know it's a world known symbol for Paris, it just doesn't fit into the city like one would think. It's definitely an odd ball when it comes to the main architecture and style of Paris, but then again, there's just something fascinating and wonderfully unique about it.

We decided to not pay for the "attraction", instead we were able to see up close from our Open Tour bus ride.  Good thing, because it always seemed crowded and too busy around any "main attraction" in Paris.  It's all good.
